Otago Touch's Development Officer, Olivia Fowler is very passionate about developing Touch especially in her hometown of Otago. Olivia has been an Elite player and community coach in Otago for many years and comes from a Touch family.

She has tailored Skill development sessions for Schools and module teams to assist develop individual players and to help develop the overall team.
